This is a bit more over the top than my normal cards but I was asked to make something special and as the recipient loved it so I guess I got it right.

I have used this image countless times and you can find it at Charmed Cards and Crafts, coloured as usual with promarkers. The papers are Papermania's Henbury Lane one is glittered one isn't, very pretty papers. The flowers and centres along with the brads, pearls and lace are all from my stash, with the sentiment done on the puter.

These were cards I made for some triplets 1st birthday. As you can see I made them the same but different if you know what I mean Images are from Cuddly Buddly, two of the backing papers were from my stash and one was from Cuddly Buddly. I used both Martha Stewart and EK Success punches. The ribbon and card candy were from my stash also and the sentiment was done on the puter.

Look at these yummy little cupcakes, I could just eat one now. The cupcake image is from Paper Garden Projects, I printed 4 small ones and coloured with promarkers, the sentiment was also included with the image. The backing paper is Henbury Lane. The punch is EK success which lately I have used on everything, so well worth the pennies. Dew drops and ribbon from stash. I have decided that the lilac section at the bottom is too wide but too late to do anything about it now.

Look at this fabby image from The Paper Shelter coloured with promarkers, of course. I just love it. I found this backing paper in my stash and thought it was just right for the image. I have used an EK success punch threaded with ribbon and gems added. I haven't as yet put a sentiment on, I haven't decided who its for yet.

Wooooooooooo second post in 2 days......go me. I was asked to make a Valentine card, I can't help but think they always seem to look a bit girly so was trying very hard to make mine not look like this. The backing paper was a digi download I found on my puter but I'm not sure who to credit for it. Many thanks to my friend Elaine....not.... for pointing me in the direction of The Paper Shelter, where I proceeded to spend money on several fab digi images....lol. This image is Pepe L'Souris in Love and you get one coloured and one black and white image. I confess to using the precloured image for quickness. The punch is EK Success and ribbon and gems are from my stash, the sentiment was done on the puter.

Here we go another one of the few cards I have made lately. I am sure that I only picked this little gingerbread image up the other day but I have no idea where from, so if anyone knows I would be grateful if you could let me know so I could give credit. I needed to make a card for triplets so printed the image 3 times and then coloured with promarkers The backing paper is from Cuddly Buddly and other bits from my stash. The gap at the bottom right is for the sentiment which I haven't done yet.

Well it's been an absolute age sinced I last blogged a card, I have only made a few lately and here's one of them although its not the best photo....sorry.

The image is a stamp from Lili of the Valley that I bought at a craft show and have just got round to using it now. I have to admit she was a nightmare to stamp no matter what I did it kept picking up ink in places that it shouldn't be but got there in the end. She was coloured with promarkers and glittered added for that bit of christmas sparkle. The papers are from Cuddly Buddly and other bits from my stash.

Another Cuddly Buddly image, this is Daisy Fairy, isn't she cute. The backing paper is from the same set. I followed a sketch on a weekly challenge on a forum I use, which helped me to make this card within 15 minutes, usually I spend ages pondering the design.. Its been ages since I last blogged, I have made a few cards but to be honest not that many, my mojo went on holiday.....again.

Anyway was asked to make a wedding card for a work collegue, I asked her for a brief but she said whatever I thought best. I decided to try something a bit more fancy than I would normally go for mainly just for a change and this is what I came up with. The image is from Karens doodles and coloured with promarkers the backing paper is from Bearly Mine designs. The sentiment was done on the puter and everything else flowers, pearls etc are from my stash.

Here we go again with challenge no. 10 on I Love Digi. This time the theme is "emboss it" - wet or dry just add some embossing to your project.

Its quite difficult to see the embossing on my card I just can't seem to get a very good picture of it. I used a fiskars embossing board I found unloved in my cupboard. Blimey these fortnights come round really quickly dont they, time for another challenge on I Love Digi. Now I would say that this one was difficult for me as I only really make cards so to be asked to make something else was stretching my brain a bit. I was busy cutting these invites out thinking what am I going to make when I realised that these fit the bill perfectly....how stupid am I...don't answer that.

The image used I bought from Aimee Asher a long time ago its by Tammy deYoung and it was all put together on the computer using word, which I find the easiest to use.

Right on to my card now. I am not totally happy with this card I have decided I dont like the greeting and I dont like the dark green leaves but hey ho I am not changing it now. My friend is renewing her wedding vows this year and we spent the other day trying to decide what the invites should look like. She has has chosen the black card one I just thought that I would mock up the opposite version just to see what it looked like. I have put them on here as this is probably the quickest way that she can get to see them. The flowers on the black card will need changing as they are slightly too cream.

Okay so today is the day that the I love Digi Challenge Blog goes live.

I have been to my card class this morning which was a bit of a pleasant surprise as I didn't know it was on today. I am loving this card which is an art deco lady decoupaged and mounted on bevelled acetate, the backing paper is placed behind the acetate. I shall defo be making more of these.

I knew what I wanted when I made this card, I didn't want any colour on it except for the red. However, my daughter wants to know why I made the girl into an old lady by giving her grey hair. This was my third attempt at doing the hair, I thought about using black but just looks like a big black blob on her head. Anyway I was quite pleased with the outcome. I decided that instead of buying new images I should have a look through my many cd's that I have saved stuff to and came across these. I bought these many moons ago from DAISIE they are by decoupage cards by Barbara Clooney and its yonks since I made any of these up so thought I would pick a few. They are quick and easy to make and as you should all know by now I love quick and easy. I shall have to keep looking to see what else I have.

I dont get cards made very often these days as someone stole my mojo but today I have 2 offerings.

The first is a fan card from my card class on Monday again its not my normal sort of card but enjoyed making it all the same. The second is more my cup of tea. In a bid to get my mojo working I decided to do a challenge on a forum I use. The brief was summer and you had to use blue. The papers are from my stash as are the little flowers and gems. The lace is wonderful and I love it I think its by papermania and its a clear sticky tape, you get three rolls in a pack. The image is surfer Emma by CC Designs and can be found here she was coloured using promarkers.

I have been quite lax lately in the card making department so decided to go to a new card class set up in the village. Never been to one before and thought maybe I could learn something new or at the very least find my mojo.

I was suprised at how many I sold at work in a short space of time so have had to replenish these again. So I have nothing exciting to show you but some of my simple cards yet again. I have been making some very simple cards lately to give to a friend to sell. These really are very simple the backing paper is done in word and printed out and then the image is mounted on foam pads. The top card the image and borders are printed in word and the happy birthday has been cut on the cricut. Images and backing papers are from Cuddly Buddly, pc crafter and Aimee Asher.

I was dying to try out my new messy rabbit cd and couldn't decide what to make until I saw this image. My friend is 40 and we will be partying tonight, he is a big fisherman so thought this image would be ideal for him. The backing papers are from the cd too.

I have made quite a few cards lately but just haven't got around to blogging them. I did this one today as a request. I have made several cards for the recipient before and normally I do something with butterflies as she loves them so much. This time however, I decided to have a change so I do hope she likes it. The image is from charmed cards & crafts and coloured with promarkers the backing paper is from my stash as is the flower, gem and ribbon while the image was done on the puter and cut with nesties.

This is the "card" I made for my friends wedding last weekend, I just wanted to try something different for a change. The template was purchased at Card Carousel and printed out on white card. I added lace and flowers for decoration. Each tier is a box and you are supposed to be able to open each box and put something inside, however, having used copious amounts of silicone to get the flowers to stick that really isn't going to happen. The box though was a nightmare to make, I think it is far to flimsy and by the time I had finished the acetate was filthy.....lol. If I make another one I will have to look at ways of redesigning the box I think. Anyway my friend was pleased with it so that's all that counts. Idid personalise the lid with their names aswell.

Here's a lovely card I made for my stepfather who likes monkeys. The image is CC designs and was coloured with promarkers and cut with a nestie. The papers and elements on the card are from shabby princess. I decided to have a little play around with the digi papers and elements for this card on the puter, so all I actually had to do once I printed the paper off was stick on the image.....sorted.

Made another card for a request. Image and backing paper are from Graphic Garden, I haven't used these images for ages. I did the greeting on the puter and mounted onto a nestie added flower, sticky lace and stickles from my stash.

I made this card today to go in my stash but I did mess it up a bit. I put it into word and layered the corners on then made it the size I wanted but then when I stuck the paper on the card I didn't quite get it in place properly so the corners aren't square. All images and backing paper are from cuddly buddly.

I don't like making mens cards very much, I never seem to have any ideas for them. I used a pink petticoat image for this one and coloured it to match the freebie backing paper I had. Added a couple of bits from my stash and thats about it.

This is the card that I made for my mum for mother's day, she thought it was very cute. I purchased the graphics form gorjuss art and this is the first time I have used them. I am convinced that she printed out a different colour to what she should have been.

Can you tell I have been looking through my disc of PC crafter images lately. So here's a baby card made with a PC crafter image...again....the letters are also PC crafter but a different set that I cut out by hand.. The backing paper was from scrapbook scrapbook, added gems a bit of glitter for sparkle.

I decided to do a challenge card today, not often I do them but spotted one I could manage. There is a new blog called colour create and for the first challenge the theme is pink, green and brown. I have used a pollycraft image and backing paper layered on to leather look (not that you can see it) pink and brown card. Added ribbon and the sentiment which I printed on safmat.

I was asked to make a birthday card but given no brief. I recently got this download from pink petticoat as it was on sale so was dying to use it. I covered the icing with 3d gloss to make it just like glace icing. The paper is from the same set and added a greeting done on the computer, ribbon and gems.

Another of the Millie Fairly Fairy images available from Pollycraft, this time coloured with more fairy like colours than the other one. Image again coloured with promarkers and cut out with nesties and the backing paper is pink petticoat. Stickles and ribbon added. I have left the gap at the bottom for a greeting which I shall add when I decide who the card is for.
