My friend is renewing her wedding vows this year and we spent the other day trying to decide what the invites should look like. She has has chosen the black card one I just thought that I would mock up the opposite version just to see what it looked like. I have put them on here as this is probably the quickest way that she can get to see them. The flowers on the black card will need changing as they are slightly too cream.

I LOVE DIGI CHALLENGE #2 SKETCH & A THEME

Well it's time for our second challenge over on I Love Digi Challenge Blog. We had a fantastic response to our first challenge hope we get the same again.

This weeks challenge is to follow a sketch by Dawny P and as its nearly Mothering Sunday the theme is "a card for mum".

My card was made using an image from Pollycraft that I coloured with promarkers of course. The papers are from Summertime Designs, I have had the papers ages and can't believe I have never used them before, I shall be using them lots more are they are gorgeous.

I LOVE DIGI CHALLENGE #1 THINK PINK

Okay so today is the day that the I love Digi Challenge Blog goes live.

Our first challenge is entitled "Think Pink " which is pretty self explanatory. We would like you to create a card, ATC, altered item or 3D project using the colour pink. Don't forget you have to use digi images and digi papers, that is what we are all about!

For my DT card I used Princess Penelope, she is a fab image from Sassy Studio Designs and coloured with promarkers. The backing papers are a download from Cuddly Buddly. I added a few gems for a bit of princess sparkle and made the sentiment on the computer.

I decided I would enter the DT call on I love Digi challenge blog, I have left it quite late as it ends in a couple of days. The image is called special delivery and was purchased from Karens doodles and coloured with promarkers. The backing paper is from pink petticoat. I haven't put a sentiment on it as haven't decided who its for yet.

A new challenge blog.

My crafty friend Elaine has decided to start a new challenge blog for all things digital. She is currently looking for a design team so why not pop over there and have a look.

These are without a doubt two of my favourite cards from Cuddly Buddly.

Firstly sorry about the flash on the camera bouncing off the card. Was asked to make a card for a little girl of 8 so decided to use a pollycraft image that I coloured with promarkers. The paper is from my stash no idea where I got it from. Sentiment done on the computer and flowers and gems also from stash.

I have been to my card class this morning which was a bit of a pleasant surprise as I didn't know it was on today. I am loving this card which is an art deco lady decoupaged and mounted on bevelled acetate, the backing paper is placed behind the acetate. I shall defo be making more of these.

I knew what I wanted when I made this card, I didn't want any colour on it except for the red. However, my daughter wants to know why I made the girl into an old lady by giving her grey hair. This was my third attempt at doing the hair, I thought about using black but just looks like a big black blob on her head. Anyway I was quite pleased with the outcome. Image is from Sassy Studio Designs coloured with promarkers, sentiment done on the puter and paper etc from my stash.

Wedding anniversary cards are for some reason the cards I hate making the most. I used a penny black image cut with a nestie and papers, flowers and ribbon are from stock.
