Wooooooooooo second post in 2 days......go me.  I was asked to make a Valentine card, I can't help but think they always seem to look a bit girly so was trying very hard to make mine not look like this.  The backing paper was a digi download I found on my puter but I'm not sure who to credit for it.  Many thanks to my friend Elaine....not.... for pointing me in the direction of The Paper Shelter, where I proceeded to spend money on several fab digi images....lol.  This image is Pepe L'Souris in Love and you get one coloured and one black and white image.  I confess to using the precloured image for quickness.  The punch is EK Success and ribbon and gems are from my stash, the sentiment was done on the puter.

I have entered it into the following challenges.

Urghhhhhhh my least favourite cards.....male ones.   Needed to make one for a 17 year old and couldn't decide what image to use then came across this Mikey one.  I haven't used these in ages and you can find them at Charmed cards and crafts.  The papers and card candy are from my stash and he greeting is done on the puter.  Sorry about the piccie it isn't that great.

New Year = new start

Well it's a brand new year and hopefully this year I intend on being a better blogger.  My mojo has been missing for a while now but hope to find it soon.  I don't want you thinking I never make cards so I was looking through my folder on the puter that I keep my piccies in and here are a selection of cards that I did make in the last few months but for some reason just never blogged them.

Triplets

Here we go another one of the few cards I have made lately.  I am sure that I only picked this little gingerbread image up the other day but I have no idea where from, so if anyone knows I would be grateful if you could let me know so I could give credit.  I needed to make a card for triplets so printed the image 3 times and then coloured with promarkers  The backing paper is from Cuddly Buddly and other bits from my stash.  The gap at the bottom right is for the sentiment which I haven't done yet.

This fits nicely with the following challenge.

Daring Cardmakers - We Three.....

Oooh go me another card, not that I am on a roll or anything, I still have loads to make.  This one was fairly easy no colouring involved just a nice ready made image from Cuddly Buddly.  The backing papers are also from Cuddly Buddly and everything else is from my stash.

I have entered this into the following challenges.

Just a couple of quick cards just to show I do make them sometimes.  I think the top image might have been from Pollycraft and the bottom one possibly from Dustin Pike, I have these stored on the computer and am currently on the laptop so will check tomorrow and amend if necessary.  Images were coloured with promarkers cut out with nesties, all other items from my stash

christmas

Well it's been an absolute age sinced I last blogged a card, I have only made a few lately and here's one of them although its not the best photo....sorry.

The image is a stamp from Lili of the Valley that I bought at a craft show and have just got round to using it now.  I have to admit she was a nightmare to stamp no matter what I did it kept picking up ink in places that it shouldn't be but got there in the end. She was coloured with promarkers and glittered added for that bit of christmas sparkle.  The papers are from Cuddly Buddly and other bits from my stash.

I am entering this into the following challenges.

Just another quick card I did the other day.  Once again I have used an image from Cuddly Buddly, they just come in so handy.  I used a deep edge MS punch and the sentiment was done on the puter.

Another Cuddly Buddly image, this is Daisy Fairy, isn't she cute.  The backing paper is from the same set.  I followed a sketch on a weekly challenge on a forum I use, which helped me to make this card within 15 minutes, usually I spend ages pondering the design..  Gems and flowers are from my stash and sentiment is done on the puter.
I don't want you all to think that I never make cards so here is one I did for an order.  Image is from Cuddly Buddly as is the paper.  The sentiment was done on the puter and card candy from my stash.  Nice and simple.

Wedding Card

Its been ages since I last blogged, I have made a few cards but to be honest not that many, my mojo went on holiday.....again.

Anyway was asked to make a wedding card for a work collegue, I asked her for a brief but she said whatever I thought best.  I decided to try something a bit more fancy than I would normally go for mainly just for a change and this is what I came up with.  The image is from Karens doodles and coloured with promarkers the backing paper is from Bearly Mine designs.  The sentiment was done on the puter and everything else flowers, pearls etc are from my stash.

I thought I would enter it into the following challenges.

Karens Doodles - Anything goes
Challenge up your life - Celebrations
Dutch Dare - Anything goes
Creative Inspirations - Anything goes
