Inspiration Destination

A new challenge week has begun over on Inspiration Destination, so why not pop over and have a look as usual anything goes.

For my card this week I picked the image Three girls one mic from Dr Digi.  I love this stamp but to be fair I don't know what possessed me to choose it.  It is so far out of my comfort zone, I have never done skin this colour before and I was worried I would make the hair look like one big blob.  I decided to glitter the dresses in case I needed to distract they eye from the rest of my colouring haha. I also decided I would do a CAS card, I love seeing other peoples CAS cards so how come I don't like mine?

Inspiration Destination

A new week has begun over on Inspiration Destination,  I am a little late with my post but still plenty of time for you to enter.

For my card this week I used an image from Just Inklined called Dirty Dancing and best of all it didn't take me much colouring.  I coloured with promarkers as per and everything else is from my stash.  I will titivate and put a sentiment on when I know who is going to receive it.

I have used the image Felicity Hump and you can find her here.  She was a bit fiddly to colour but I persevered with my promarkers.  The papers are from a pack called Floral Pavillion and they are so pretty.  I have yet to add a sentiment when I decide who the card is for.

My card this week features an image from Fresh Brewed Designs and is called Flower Child, you can find her here.  I am having issues with my printer at the moment so the paper has printed out with stripes as well as flowers.  I have tried everything to rectify it but guess it must be time for a new printer.  Image was coloured with promarkers and her trousers were paper pieced, the flowers are from my stash.

Well this is a new DT for me over at Inspiration Destination and this is the first card I have made for them.  The rules on this challenge blog are few and simple.  The challenges are weekly and are always "anything goes" and run from Wednesday to Tuesday.  So if you have a card or a layout an altered image or anything else that you have made then you have nothing to lose by entering it. Just remember to follow the challenge blog.

Anonymous Stamps

Well here we are again, it's time for a new challenge over on Anonymous Stamps.  This month the theme is "Hauntingly Fun".  I chose this fab image and coloured with promarkers, the papers were downloaded such a long time ago I'm not sure who created them but as soon as I find out I will give credit.

Time for the August Challenge over on Anonymous Stamps.  This month the theme is" falling in to Autumn"

and I have chosen an image called Fashionista.  I coloured her with promarkers to match the digi paper I printed off.

Anonymous Stamps

Well it's a new month over on Anonymous Stamps blog and this month we have an anything goes theme.

I chose this monster truck which I coloured with pro-markers and then added some googly eyes.  The backing papers were a download which I have had printed out some time, when I find where they were from I will put a link.

There is an Easter theme over on the Anonymous stamps blog this month.  I picked these lovely daffodils and coloured with promarkers, all papers are from my stash.

Anonymous Stamps

Well it turns out I am still not a very good blogger, I really must try harder, although to be fair I haven't made that many cards lately.

Anyway over to this months Anonymous Stamps challenge.  This month the theme is "Spring in to life" and I have chosen this lovely image.  I have coloured with promarkers and all the papers are from my stash.

Why not pop over to Anonymous Stamps blog and enter the challenge after all it's not difficult as all the digi stamps are free and you could win the chance to be a guest designer.

Anonymous Stamps

Well it's all change over at Anonymous Stamps.  Sian has decided that she will now offer all her digi stamps for free.  While she will still be designing stamps and offering them for download this allows her to concentrate on other things aswell.  All of the current images can be found here

Therefore it's all change over on the challenge blog too.  We have said goodbye to Helen and Sandra who have also left to persue other things. The good news is the challenge blog is staying albeit with a few changes.  

Challenges will be monthly and start on the first Friday of every month, January being the exception and will run until the end of the month.

The Winner of each challenge will get the opportunity to be a Guest Designer for Anonymous Stamps.  So the winner of the January challenge will be a Guest Designer for March and so on.  You will receive a badge to display on your blog and your creation will be published on the Anonymous Stamps blog.

We feel that because all the digi stamps are now available free then your project must use one of these stamps.

Once the challenge is closed we will review the entries and inform the lucky person of their guest position.

Right down to my card now,  its just a fairly simple one as I didn't have a lot of time to get it made.  Everything except the image, which is coloured with promarkers, is from my stash.

Anonymous Stamps

Wow I am very behind with myself at the moment.  This is my DT card for the Anonymous Stamps Challenge.  There is still plenty of time to enter this challenge but don't be confused by the title of " Deck the Halls" when in actual fact it has an open theme.

I used the baubles set 1 which can be found here.  I printed the baubles on to patterned paper and pieced them which is something quite different for me.

As usual there is a fab prize up for grabs.

Anonymous Stamps

The second challenge over on Anonymous Stamps is now under way.  The theme this month is "Come Away With Me".  I have used this lovely girly camper van which is available here and coloured with promarkers using glossy accents for the windows.  Everything else is from my stash.  This weeks prize is again very generous so why not join in we would love to see your makes.
